Adobe Flash CS3 is Soooo Slow!

Is it me, or does Flash CS3 run painfully slow in OSX? I can’t figure it out. I have a dual G5 1.8 with 3 GB’s of RAM! Is my machine to slow? It can’t be. Runs Photoshop CS3, fine why not Flash?
I did notice if I have over 800 MB’s of free RAM (plus the 200 or so that Flash needs) it runs a little better, but not always. I can’t seem to fine a true method to Flash’s maddness. Ahhh!
